When an order is placed and the customer’s payment amount has been transferred, the status of the order changes to “Awaiting Fulfilment”. This means that the amount has been transferred, but the fulfillment process has not yet started. This process usually takes a few business days. With the status “Awaiting Fulfilment” the order is in the process of shipping.
