LUCIE is our new Lufapak Communication Interface and stands for:

LUCIE is a cloud-based software application that enables Lufapak customers to track and communicate almost all logistics processes, including returns.
Whether the goods are no longer satisfactory, were ordered twice or only for viewing, or do not fit – customers expect a quick and uncomplicated returns process. In the area of returns logistics, we take care of all tasks professionally and ensure smooth processing.

The RETURNS PROCESS is that easy with LUCIE
- Create a new case at LUCIE and select the case type RETURN
- Order/shipment number, enter a reference number if necessary
- All articles from the respective order are displayed – select the article to be returned
- Enter quantity to be returned
- Specify error type / reason for return
- Select Action – decide how to proceed with the return article
- If necessary, upload files / images for the process
- Save, done!
What’s next?
Our trained returns department accepts the return and processes it individually. In addition to the general visual inspection, the condition of the goods is also classified by prior agreement with you, in order to then continue individually depending on the classification.
Once the optional sale condition has been restored, we will re-stock the products in our warehouse if desired.
If the goods are not in optimal sales condition (e.g. due to a defect), we will return the goods to you with the appropriate documentation in consultation with you.

Operations for various processes can be created in our interface. Using form-based records, important information, documents and photos can be added quickly and easily.
The status, the required time and the responsibility can be seen at any time.
The data interface to the Lufapak WMS enables the use of system data, so that e.g. no article must be typed in.
