The CMR fill waybill is mandatory, it contains all the relevant information about the sender, recipient and the goods. The CMR consignment note is only used if the goods are not subsequently transhipped to their destination, otherwise, it is invalid. The fill CMR is the responsibility of the sender, the receiver has the CMR form only acknowledge. The supplier can then demand the payment for the delivery of the original.
